Ways to Improve Mental Health
In today’s world, it is difficult for one to cope up with a struggling life. Keeping your mind stable is vey important. Following are a few tips for a better mental health:

- Eat a good meal. Consume food items like avocado, berries, walnuts, almonds, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, beans, apples, yogurt, whole grains, fatty fish and leafy vegetables.
- Take a break. A vacation from your routine life helps to relieve yourself from mental stress and feel free. After returning from a vacation, one’s mind is completely free of tension and has the ability to work better.
- Sleep is an important aspect in mental health. Ideally one should take a good 8 hours sleep.
